Fall brings pumpkin, quince, pomegranate, chestnuts… each ingredient carries the feeling of the season. In Greece, the table changes with what nature gives — and this course follows the same rhythm.
Here, the ingredients are the stars. We’ll cook dishes that let seasonal produce shine — some inspired by Greek tradition, others more creative. You’ll learn how to take one ingredient as your starting point and build a dish around it.
I’ll share my own creative process so you gain the confidence to create recipes of your own, even without instructions.
The exact theme may vary depending on what’s fresh and available — that’s the beauty of seasonal cooking. Each class becomes a reflection of the season itself.
