We’ll cook our way through the dishes that define Greek home kitchens. Think perfect moussaka,pastitsio, dolmades (stuffed vine leaves), and of course the secrets to making the best possible Greek salad — even here in Finland. To finish, you’ll learn to prepare galaktoboureko, a rich vanilla custard wrapped in crisp filo dough and soaked in syrup. The menu may shift slightly with the season and ingredient availability, but the focus is always on authentic recipes you can recreate at home. Hands-on, step by step, ending with a shared feast around the table.
